1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of DMCSITE LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide digital marketing services including but not limited to:

Performance marketing campaigns
Social media management
Brand development and e-commerce solutions
Analytics and lead generation

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information
Give timely feedback and approvals
Comply with applicable laws
Maintain content licenses
Pay fees per agreed terms

4. Payment Terms

Payment due within 30 days of invoice
Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest
Services may be paused for overdue accounts
Client covers collection costs

5. Intellectual Property

Work created for you becomes yours upon full payment. We may showcase completed work unless you request otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the engagement. This duty remains after termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Client is responsible for completed work and costs.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

10. DMCSITE Customer Care SMS Program

Program name: DMCSITE Customer Care.
Program description: After opting in, users may receive customer-care messages, responses to inquiries, appointment-related updates, and service follow-ups from DMCSITE LLC.
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS. You will then no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through the same opt-in process.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
