Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered for:

• Undelivered services as per agreement
• Cancellation within 24 hours before work begins
• Technical issues preventing service delivery

Non-Refundable Items

• Approved completed work
• Third-party ad spend and tools
• Strategy sessions or custom development already delivered

Partial Refunds

Prorated refunds may be granted for partially completed work, minus any non-refundable expenses.

Refund Request Process

1. Email info@dmcsite.com within 30 days
2. Include your invoice or agreement ID
3. Explain your reason for the refund
4. Allow 5–7 business days for review
5. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days

We aim to resolve issues amicably. Contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
